Hi, I need to replace one of the IC part for my Panasonic NV-VZ1 cam corder. Reason being Menu is flickering in the screen, while checked with the Panasonic Service center on of the IC is damaged need to be replace, but it is not available with Panasonic Service center. Please advise, if available in Bangalore.

And check out the memory storage (if its full).
When does it flicker?
When you're shooting or on pause or on standby mode?
