This is a clear battery issue.Did you try replacing it?Before that please try out a reset and see if this helps.

    The reset button is hidden on the back. Flip it upside down, in there
    where it connects to the dock to the left of the rubber grommet is a
    reset switch. use a bent paper clip to reset mine.
