A print queue is the place where files to be printed go to wait their turn to be printed. It works in a "First In First Out" fashion. Depending on what version of Windows you are running you can find the print queue by navigating to the "printers and faxes" folder (Windows XP) or the "devices and printers" folder (Windows Vista and 7) in the start menu and double clicking on your specfic printer. Also, When you have a document in the queue, you should have a printer icon in the taskbar (lower right corner of the screen) that when clicked should bring you to the print queue as well.
