during the installation of O.S it ask for the language of your preference.so if u want to change the language so u have to reinstall the O.S on the system.

Where to download a sound driver for nec lavie c lc800
Download and install SIW at http://www.gtopala.com/download/siw-setup.exe

You can then Identify the exact hardware and version number that is on the motherboard under the Hardware tab. Google the exact model number, Operating system and driver. (Ex. SB600 Windows XP Driver)
