I have an error message saying, "The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press [OK]". But there isn't a paper jam and pressing OK doesn't do anything.

SOURCE: paper jam

After changing my blank ink tank, I have the same problem. Finally discovered that it was not fully clinked in. Once it was push in till it clicked as per instructions, the printer is printing beautifully once more.

SOURCE: HP 6200 all-in-one --paper jam problem

Hi,

Check side ADF grips are correctly setup, paper tray is not mis-aligned, remove if poss, and replace to check.

check you printer's properties paper size is set correct for the paper used,

open the back door check for loose particles or paper,
remove slowly.

4 x Feed rollers in the back, revolve and clean with distilled water.
wait till dry, try printing again

Disconnect the power cord from the product.
Press and hold # and 3 while reconnecting the power cord.
When reset displays, release both buttons.
Try printing again.

Hope this helps
Regards.

SOURCE: Kadak Easy Share 5300 printer. Screen reads "Paper Jam Clear Jam

Try this one Take out the inks and printhead Leave the cartridge door open, then unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while the access door is open Close the cartridge door once the cord is unplugged Reconnect the powercord, turn on the printer, then your printer will look for your printhead "Printhead missing or not installed correctly..." Then put everything back. make sure it will snap in to place. Then print a calibration page, then scan it. This is just over writing the error message. Thanks Josh - Kodak Tech Support
