We are using it3800 barcode scanner with sirsi workflows, It was working well but now we upgrated our systen windows xp to vista and it is not working anymore. It scans and bleep but the number doesn't shoe up. What do i need to do fix it? Does it need some kind of software?

You may want to test reseting to factory defaults and selecting the adequate configuration for the connection interface you are using (ps/2 , usb, etc)
