My program was pre-installed into my AcerI had this problem myself and fixed it by uninstalling Mywinlocker first then restoring it, Worked perfectly. To restore follow these steps if you do not know how to restore (it might be different for you but if you read your options it should land you in the general direction)

Start menu> type "Acer eRocovery Management" >"Restore" tab> "Re-install Drivers or Applications"> "contents"> search for "Mywinlocker" and lick "install"
