Hello. A quick google dive pulled up the following website

AMD/ATI's webpage for the HDTV Wonder drivers. The only Operating system they provide drivers for this piece of hardware for is XP, so one assumes they would be native to Vista/Windows 7, or at the very least the driver listed on the page should be compatible.
