Zip files

Question

My problem is with downloading files from emails. When downloading groups of pictures as a zip file (using the download all option in the email) or anything that has a .wmv extension or powerpoint files, once the download is complete, there are no files in the folder. The computer takes me through the download steps, (open or save, ect) and then when I try to access or unzip the files, the folder is empty. Any suggestions?

Perhaps the source is bad, try sending Ur self the type of folder U are having trouble with and see what happens.
