I'm having a problem with my maytag performa washer. The spin cycle does not always work but the water drains. I got 2 new belts and the moter is working but it does not produce enough tension for the belt to spin the drum. The only way it works is if i help start the drum spinning by moving with my hands. Any ideas i would really appreciate it
