How do you lower the toto power gravity float? no room to twist or push down......

just lower your float a little further. otherwise i'd adsume air is leaking out of your float. but if your float is up in the shut off position and water is still coming out. then you need a new assembly.

You have a problem with your flapper not seating all the way so the water is not filling in the tank to lift the ball **** to shut off the water first make sure the flapper is ok

SOURCE: my toto cst854 has a power gravity mechanism. the

loosen the adjustment screw on the top of the fill valve.
