how can you keep the printer from jamming up paper with every print

everytime I go to print a paper the paper jams in the printer, I checked for jammed paper but dont know how to reset it

Make sure you have the size of paper correct in your print settings. On your smaller printer it resets to 4x6 glossy default. It should give a support code research that number given.

check if there is any paper (small bits) stuck in the printer which could be blocking the sensor or the rollers

also check if the paper is not damp?

realign printer heads using the software if it offers the function?
