Theres a bug in your system goto safe mode do a system restore from safe mode and then you should be back to normal and down load spybot and spywareblaster there shareware and there free run these after system restore
make sure mp3 or small portable storage devices like phones or mp3 players are not connected while comp booting up this will lag your system at start menu

Hi, you need to change your primary boot device, try pressing the F1 key during bootup, this will take you to the BIOS screen, from here you can change your primary boot device from HD to CD, save your changes, reboot, selecting boot from CD when it appears during bootup.

Trying to install windows XP expert on R61. BIOS does not recognize CD drive on bootup. What is the preferred order for bootup?
Change the boot order so that CDROM / DVD is first. Sometimes it's labled Optical Drive. If your machine won't read the XP cd try carefully cleaning the lens with a DRY q-tip.

Needs a reboot
Depends what you mean by Bootup disk. Windows 95/98 used to use these to get into diagnostic tools for windows xp the install cd is where all the advanced recovery stuff is. If you want a computer to bootup like it did with a windows 98 bootdisk you can go to bootdisk.com and get a copy. Hope this helped!

bad display drivers, boot into safe mode (F8 on boot) it should let you use the computer, unistall the graphics drivers and reboot again in normal mode, when your in re-install the graphics again
