Won't print The problem started when I tried to cancel a printing. Paper is pulled in aboout 1/3 of the way. Sounds like it's printing then it makes the paper jam sound and green light blinks. I can easily pull paper out, and it is not jammed. The paper won't feed through so the printing can be done. It has always worked so well. Don't know how to fix it/

I checked for pieces of paper, could not find any. Several times I turned the printer upside down and gently shook, nothing!

After just giving up for several weeks I decided to try one more time before trashing it. I turned it upside down and tipped it from sided to side and heard a rattle. After several side to side "shakes" a white plastic gear broken fell out. So now I know it has a plastic gear wheel broken. Now the question is "How do I replace it" I checked for pieces of paper, could not find any. Several times I turned the printer upside down and gently shook, nothing!
