Is this the original driver CD software? If you r downloading from the internet,then check for the exact specifications and download.
If u download and install other versions or diver name realtek ,then there may be some mismatch with the motherboard.

check if the sound card is installed firmly, clean the copper plates at the bottom with an eraser just like your erasing dirt from paper and the last solution clean your mobo and sound card.
