Many of the products were re-branded Black & Decker. I heard a rumor that since merging with Stanley Works on March 12, 2010 the newly formed Stanley Black & Decker has sold off this division of the company but will be licensing the B&D name for the products. I would recommend contacting Stanley Black & Decker Customer Service or one of their service centers for parts and/or repair. Even if they can no longer get you the parts, they may be able to put you in contact with whomever they sold the business to. Many of their Service Centers are branded "DeWALT".
