How old is the treo>? treo have a tendency to have a really really low speaker or just bad static, the new one, the 750 is much better with this. i would get a waranty replacement if it is under the year policy, if not i would upgrade to like a blackberry, unless your a realator, in this case you probably need the lock box...let me know
