If your wall charger has a mini-USB ending that looks the same as the end of your USB cable, you have the wrong wall charger! The Zen Vision:M wall charger has a circle-shaped ending that plugs into the adapter; it looks nothing like the USB ending.

Hi there, you need to purchase the accessory which has the usb 2.0, DC in and A/V out on it. This is the accessory that allows you to plug your Zen into the TV to play the movies.
