Please HELP!!!! we just had our router changed, and now the scanner isnt working!!!! Could that be the reason

Check to see if the INTERFACE settings (press the 123 button select system settings and look for the interface tab) has an IP address that is set or whether it set to use DHCP.

The router change is almost certainly the reason why scan router in no longer working.
