Coffee pot I have a kitchenaid coffee pot and the other day after making a pot it showed an error msg 4. Never saw this before and I do not have the booklet that came with it.

I have the same problem. The booklet says that means a button is stuck. They suggest that you unplug it, hit the buttons a few times and plug it back in. That did not work for me.

I have the same problem. All of a sudden this error 04 message appeared on the LCD out of nowhere and it just refuses to work. I have contacted Kitchen Aid and they are completely useless. I have tried unplugging it, tried all of the buttons and NOTHING!! Does anyone have any ideas?
