Hi there,
I have a Toshiba Lcd monitor.
When i power it up,the toshiba logo blink in for a half second then the screen goes to blank, and after a circle begins, with power led change to green-the display flash a little bit, then the power led goes back to orange, and nothing happens even if i connect a vga source,or if i disconnect from power.
BUT,i take it apart, and played with the inverter sockets, which brings the power to the backlight, and after several plug ins and outs, the backlight burns in,and the screen worked correctly.BUT if i disconnect the power suplly again, the same ciclyc thingy begins.
And if i listening the board very close,i hear something discharging, and i thought maybe the inverter not have enough power to burn in the backlight, and when i plug in and out the sockets, maybe it left a small electricity in them to easily burn in next time.
