Are any of the toner lights lit? Then the problem is you are out of that color toner and must replace it.
If the toner lights are off, then the printer has an error that must be corrected. Check for a paper jam, an open cover, no paper in the tray (or not being picked up by the rollers), the waste toner container being missing or full.
The other errors that could be at fault are service errors: LSU (laser unit) error, fuser error, or ITB
error. For these, you need to contact Samsung support for the part numbers. The fuser should last 100,000 pages. The ITB has an expected life of 60,000 black and white pages and 15,000 color pages. Samsung recommends these be replaced by a certified technician.
The unit will not print until the fault is fixed.
