When I move the power switch to camera and push the open button, the disc cover does not open. I hear four clicks and then no open. The record pause indicator in the upper right corner of the lcd is on. Is this normal for a finalized disk? My disk is a dvd-rw type. Thanks for any help.
Try turnin the camera to the side where gravity will help pop open the disc and be careful not be keeping it close with your own hand. Its a thin cover and you can accidently be holding it close without knowing.
