Dvd reader is dead. Depending on how old it is and if you have a warrenty, microsoft will replace it.
When you call them be patient as their techs speak very poor english, and they're going to have you go threw a bunch of steps that are just time consuming and unnecessary.
Afterwards they'll tell you if you have a warrenty still valid, and if you can send it in for repairs.
If you don't have a warrenty, Search google for xbox 360 replacement cd drive. There's a few places selling them and they have detailed tutorials on how you can fix it yourself.
Do that if you have no other option.
