someone changed the passcode on my Vizio 32L TV and I no longer know the code for it. How can I change it?

To answer you question;
This has to do with the parental guidance/lock.
It is all very well explained in the user manual that you will find here:

Hope this help my friend and look for the pass code in the parental lock section.
