HOW DO I PAIR MY Case Logic KWD-100 2.4GHz Wireless Keyboard TO MY PC? I KNOW I HAVE TO PRESS THE BUTTON ON THE USB BUT DO I PRESS ANYTHING ELSE ON THE KEYBOARD? THERE IS A LITTLE BLACK BUTTON ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE KEYBOARD. HELP!!!! I THREW OUT THE BOX FOR THIS KEYBOARD WHICH HAD THE INSTRUCTIONS PRINTED ON THE BOX I BELIEVE. THE KEYBOARD JUST STOPPED WORKING AND I CHANGED THE BATTERIES BUT FORGOT HOW TO PAIR IT. I ONLY GOT THIS KEYBOARD ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. THANKS IN ADVANCE. PAUL

Did you press the right button on the remote? To 'sync' the sender and reciever, and thus start it working, you've got to turn the handheld OVER and press the mysterious little button in the middle at the same time as the button on the USB stick. Also helps if you have them right next to each other when you do this. You should see a green light on the USB stick, and the laser pointer should work on the handpiece if the batteries are good. Mine was working fine for heaps of presentations then suddenly stopped one day and only the laser pointer would work. Batteries were fine, as is the common story. Then I found out that if you turn the presenter over and press the 'reset' button in the middle simultaneously with the USB reciever stick, the two 'sync' and it starts working again, hey presto. I've always found it a breeze to use once I figured this out. If that doesn't work take it back, you need a new one.

Check driver for it

1. right click on my computer
2. click on properties
3. click on hardware
4. click on device manager
5. click on mic & other pointing device
6. click on(+)
7. then right click mouse
8. click on update driver
9. select second option in window(advanced)
10. then click on( search removable.......)
11. then insert driver cd in cd rom
12. And click on Next option

1. if it is not work then do above procss and select third option(Don't search.I will...............)
2. And click Next option
3. click Next option in next window.Thats it

Solution. My wireles keyboard stopped working except for the F-Lock key, the Media key and the sleep key. It wasn't batteries, even though I tried, communication was there because the above keys were working. Remove the batteries from your keyboard and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Press the red connect button a few times and other various keys every few minutes during that time. This may be the whole "capacitor discharge" trick, but I tired that with someone elses instructions and my keyboard did not work after 2 minutes of key pressing. I think it just needed more time to clear out the secure settings. Good luck, I was about to trash this keyboard until I tried again

i put my logiteck kb on sleep mode. Computer shut down next moring would not work for nothing Is there a power up sequence or somehting i need to do. Used to work, very strange.

Disconnect all devices from your PC including usb mouse and power adaptor.
Press power button and hold it for 20 seconds.
This will statically discharge teh PC. THen take out batteries from the keyboard and pres connect button to discharge keyboard.
When this is done connect pc to the mains and turn it on
Put batteries into keyboard and try to connect.
Press connect button on the pc first and then within few seconds press connect button on the keyboard.
