Lens Hi, I have recently bought a telephoto lens for my Panasonic lumix FZ50 camer. The camera is 55mm and the lens is 62mm, so I have bought an adaptor ring. However, when I put the additional lens on there is a black ring in the viewfinder and I think the lens is too small, is there anyway of solving this issue? Thanks

You have a 55mm filter size on your camera, and the accessory lens requires a 62mm camera connection. I think you are looking through a 55mm tunnel into a 62mm lens (over-simplified I know). The black ring is the result, and I don't think you can fix that. Is the telephoto a Panasonic accessory, or a third party item. I think I already know the answer to that. I'd take it back and see what Panasonic recommends - you'd be happier. However, Panasonic has Leica glass (Leitz lenses) so it won't be cheap.
