Front load dryer frigidaire model FEQ1442CESO beeps for no apparent reason both during drying and for hours afterward. Lights flash on control panel randomly at the same time. Even hitting cancel does not work as it stops for about 30 seconds and then starts blinking and beeping again. Seems to dry fine otherwise.

Mine does the same thing...usually when there are clothes stacked on top, over the control panel. Sometimes moving the clothes will make it stop beeping and sometimes smacking it there will too. I think there is a bare wire somewhere coming from the contol panel that is coming in contact with top of the dryer and setting off the beep codes. They are never the same sequence of beeps and there is never anything else happening to cause a code, I.e. full lint trap, etc. Guess I will just have to take it apart and see-can't make it worse!
