My DM 20 is making a high pitch squelching noise after I tried testing my solar fence charger. The charger output is 6.5 volt max. I put the tester on 20 V dc and then it started. I checked the fuse and it's fine but when I turn it on it makes the noise, displays the "lightning" symbol and "-" plus various numbers and letters blink on and off? What happened?
