You are having some kind of video adapter problem either you are using either a video card that has possibly failed or you are trying to use a video card that the card was installed before the driver was installed and your motherboard is still sending the vid3eo signal to the built in video adapter. it could also be something as simple as a bad cable from the pc to the monitor.
