Hi, i think that part 282490-001 in wrong because when i put the ipod y sounds bad, I move the ipod a little bit and th sounds get back good, i let it and continue sound bad, how can u help me

The problem is the flex that connect the dock with the pre put a new and clean the connector with alcohol
