The 4 of the 5 knobs on my Dacor cooktop GGC365 have "locked up" and can't be turned on. Mechanism is supposed to depress and turn to left but I can't get them to move at all. There is nothing in booklet indicating what is causing the problem and how to fix. Any suggestions?
