Have you ever checked it before? Do you know if it's a screw on cap? It could be that the cap is slotted, and is only supposed to turn a 1/4 turn. Try not to force it, and use a light touch.

Hope this helps!

First, check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks.

If they are o.k., then you will need to disassemble the carburetor again. Make sure the small screen in the carb. is free of debris. You should be able to see daylight through it. Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152), to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

(NOTE: If the cleaning doesn't work, then buy a carb. kit and replace all appropriate parts.)

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

if there is a fuel filter running completely out of fuel sometimes allows all of the bad stuff in the fuel tank to plug the fuel filter (if it has one). press the primer bulb until you can hear fuel, then it should start.

SOURCE: New 75219 Power Washer is missing owners manual.

Any luck finding someone to give you a copy of the manual for this model? I bought one on clearance and it doesn't have the manual and I'm scared to even start it up without reading the manual as I don't want to mess anything up upon first start. If I ever do find one, I will post a copy of it for you. Good Luck! Thanks
