Everything was fine in the morning and then around 8 am i tried to call and it keeps saying your call barring has been activated ? but i havent been fiddling with my phone please help

Its basically service from network provider,they can barred call for many reason like payments issues, inactive sim, call to your service provider to unblock call barring service
