need HELP!

Question

Hi, I am so computer retarded, so please bear with me on this.  I just got a computer that has Windows ME on it. I was able to get everything downloaded as far as the webcam goes, but I am unable to connect it to any messaging sites. I am not able to get on Yahoo, (who KNOWS why....) so  I used this website called meebo.com. its basically a networking site that I can connect to Messanger and not have to download it. ANyway, I am able to see the person I am talking to , but I am UNABLE to connect MY cam so they can see  me. What am I doing wrong!!!??? any assistance yall can provide would be great. thanks. Janet
