I think it might be a voicemail. How do i access it?
I've entered my extension and pressed pound sign (#)
and then entered password and pressed pound sign again, but no luck!
Apparently, I wasn't logged in when posting that solution...
What type of phone? If it's a VOIP phone, like a cisco 7941, the red light means you have voicemail.
