PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.
This PUK code is FREE. You no need to pay any sum to get the PUK code

Unlocked my puk
Puc has nothing to do with phone\handset. The puc is a code that is used to open a SIM card. If you have entered the SIM Pin code incorrectly 3 consecutive times, the phone will ask you for a PUC code. Call you mobile carrier\ service provider and they will ask your cell number and furnish you with a PUC code.

A Personal Unlock Code (PUC), also known as a PIN Unlocked Key (PUK), is used in GSM mobile phones
Most mobile telephones offer the feature of personal identification number (PIN) protection. After switching on the phone, if the PIN security function is active, the user is requested to enter a 4-8 digit PIN enabling the phone's non-emergency calling functions. If the wrong PIN is typed in more than three times, either the SIM card, the device or both become locked. They can be reverted to their original unlocked state by entering a PUC, provided by the service operator through verification. If the wrong PUC is entered ten times in a row, the device will become permanently blocked and unrecoverable, requiring a new SIM card. Cellular phone users are therefore advised by most providers to keep their PUC written down in a safe place separate from the device.
The PUC (PUK) is a SIM-specific code assigned by the service provider. It is near-impossible to guess and enter it; thus, if a user does not know his or her PUC and is prompted for it, it should be obtained from the service provider.
Once you enter the PUK code, you must set a pin. The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) and PUK2 are used to unlock the PIN and PIN 2 codes respectively if your SIM card is blocked

PUC Codes can only be given by your cellular service provider. It is the only way to get your PUC code. Just call your cellular company and request your PUC code. It's free.

PUC Code:: DO NOT attempt to gusee your PUC. Doing so incorrectly 10 times will damage your SIM card and may damage your phone.

The ONLY way to obtain your PUC code is to contact your cellular service provider and request Tech Support assistance. Once they verify that you are the owner of the phone, they'll provide you with a PUC code which you'll enter on your handset.

Then, you'll have the opportunity to change your PIN.. Make sure you choose one you'll remember and write it down.

Do not attempt to purchase an unlock code off the Internet to use as your PUC code. It will not work.

And, you can ask Tech Support any other questions you need answers to while you have them on the phone. (MMS Settings, etc.)

The ONLY way to obtain your PUC code is to call your cellular service provider and request tech support assistance. They will verify that you are the owner of the phone and then walk you through the steps to enter your PUC code which they will give to you.

Do not purchase any unlock codes from the Internet as they will not work for PUC codes.

A PUC code is a security code required to use the phone again. A PUC code can only be obtained from your cellular service provider's Tech Support Dept. After verifying that you are the owner of the phone, they'll give you a PUC code which you'll enter on your phone's keypad.

Do not attempt to guess the code. If you fail to guess the code 10 times it will damage your SIM card and maybe your phone.

Your problem is you forgot your PIN?
You can use the PUC code to unlock your phone. Either you got it with your SIM-card or you can get it from your provider.
If you have already tried you PIN 3 times, your phone will ask for your PUC
otherwise you should try this: **05*PUC*newPIN*newPIN#
replace PUC with your PUC code and NewPIN with your new pincode. It should change your pin code to the new one.

PUC code
You can have the PUC code in the sim card pack that you bought. It is written at the top of the card.

You can also avail customer care services, call them and they will tell you your PUC code after confirming registration details like your address etc.
