A REGISTRY EDITOR will
allow you to input the touchscreen configuration numbers manually. Of
course, none of these will be much good if you dont have 'Windows"
phone or cant access your Registry!!
If all this fails, ASK 'XDA DEVELOPERS', or 'MoDaCo'.
