Error code L4-02, what is the error? - Sharp AR-M355N Copier

Dear sir;the error code you ask about for sharp copier, it means drum motor problem, why don't give them a try to reset before go to replace it, the procedure is
1, press "clear", "pause", "0", "pause"key
2, press 14 then press start.

The paper exit cooling fan is not working. Reboot machine, if the code comes back, you'll probably have to get the fan replaced. The fan is one of the two located over the right side door.

Possible bind in one or more of the developer units. Replace as needed. Sec. 11 Page 11-61 it talks about Paper Feed Drive Motor, it is the same motor as the Black Developer Drive Motor.
For L4-04 swap those two motors around to troubleshoot bad motor

Hello sir L4-001 that's driving problem, check the main motor ,gears belts.

That code means you have a drum drive motor failure. The drum is the long, cylindrical green-blue tube you'll see when you open the left-side door.

Chances are some paper jammed up inside the drum process unit (that black frame that holds the drum) and it's keeping the drum from turning. Check the drum/process unit and make sure they are clear of any material that could cause a jam.
