i have a mini sd card for my phone. i tried formatting it using the phone but the card got corrupted and im unable to delete the corrupted file

The best way to solve this would be to try to format it using a PC with the appropriate card reader. Then, if the format is not exactly that which the phone desires, try to reformat with the phone again.

If it fails again using the phone (which it shouldn't), you should contact the manufacturer as it is an obvious hardware issue.
