Univeral remotes are not guaranteed to work with every model that is out there. Universal remotes also do not do all the functions of most of the TV sets.
There are just too many combinations and options out there for a unversal remote to be perfect.

i brought a proscan 32 inch hdtv tv. there were not a manuel for the tv or remote . the remote will not work. i have no codes or instructions. how can i get them?
