Hello,if you remove the packet data from your mobile phone that simply
means you will not be able to connect your browser,the only thing you
can do to the packet data is either to CONNECT/DISCONNECT.
you can achieve this by the instructions provided below,
MENU>SETTINGS>CONNECTIVITY>PACKET
DATA>PACKET DATA CONNECTION.from the option there you will see "WHEN
NEEDED" you will be asked either to be "ALWAYS ONLINE" OR "ASK FIRST".
