Hi, seems your laser is having problems reading data! Try using a DVD cleaner if this does not work slightly dampen a cotton bud and wipe over laser if it still does not work open the lid of bin and insert DVD player...
Its possible the laser needs cleaning.its not reading the data on
the disc. use a soft non fluffy cloth.be gentle when cleaning a
laser.also ensure all power is off before attempting this job....
