Hi,
Which is your Mobile phone.
For some devices the Master Reset code is:
*#7780# - Soft Reset (Resets only the user settings)
*#7370# - Hard Reset (Resets everything in the phone memory).
Or you can directly use the 'Master Reset' option in the tools page.

While accessing the Reset mode, the device will ask you the Security code.
For Nokia devices the Security code is 12345 as default.
Also, for SonyEricsson, it is 0000.

For other branded devices also, try these two codes. Wrong entering the Security code will not harm the phone. Don't worry!!!!!!
Please let me know which is your device for supporting you in detail.
