Question

i have E 41 code on my washer it is the door lock can you tell us how to take out this piece it has happened before.  it is a fridgedaire front load washer.

FLAT TIP SCREWDRIVER, REMOVE CLAMP ALONG THE BOOT. BEND BOOT BACK TO ACCESS THE DOOR LOCK BEHIND PANEL. TAKE TWO SCREWS OFF FOR THE DOOR LOCK, AND IT SHOULD COME OUT BETWEEN THE PANEL AND THE BOOT. GOOD LUCK
