  • Remove the inner cover plate from the lock.
  • Locate the small round reset button near the left side of the circuit board (Red or Black).
  • To program, press the reset button once, then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
  • To enter a second code, follow the same procedures as in step 3, but this time press the reset button twice then enter your code.
best of luck.

First, I fix this problem after an hour of try.

I conclude that this door lock is better that is appear. Is not a 2 codes door lock, it's a 3 codes one.. and the problem you have is the third code not reset. You can put the same code in each third emplacement. you have just to press the program button 3 time for the third code...

I determinate that I put the third code by error the was i program it the firs time.

    ;-)

    I guide you...

To program the first code, press the reset button once, then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
To program the second code, press the reset button twice , then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
To program the third code, press the reset button 3 time, then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
