This means the flame sensor/ignitor has failed. You are either not getting spark or the burners are not igniting if you are getting spark, I would recommend replacing the sensor/ignitor. Pretty inexpensive and a fairly easy fix. Here is the owners manual for the unit (not Lo Nox)....
