Our outside setup fell off and the back came off the battery holder. It didn't dislodge the batteries, but the outside temperature will not show up. How do you contact makers to get info. on how to fix this?

Without having parts to try, this would be difficult to know what the fault is. Inside this unit there is a circuit board, and on the outside there is the exernal temperature sensor.

There are only a few things that can go wrong. There is not much that is servicable unless you can find a spare board, or a spare temperture probe. There is very little posiblity that in any practicality this unit can be serviced at the component level.

I would just go out and buy a new unit.
