I recently installed a microsoft webcam and sightspeed in order to connect with my sister via video. The camera appears to work and everything downloaded fine. Problem is when I go to make the call, I get an error message stating that either my computer or the other person's computer has a firewall configuration problem. I've tried what I know to fix it but it hasn't worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I suggest that you use ooVoo instead of Sightspeed. http://www.oovoo/com/download
ooVoo Support people will work with you if yiou have a firewall problem.

Did you check that you do not have an active firewall and your sister the same?
What happens if you do the call without the camera?
I also need to know what software you use to connect (msn messnger , yahoo etc.) and how you do connect to Internet (usb modem, router, wireless, dial up).
Thanks
