NEED DEFAULT RESET CODE

I have forgotten my phone lock code and now i cant use my Samsung Star GT-S5233S phone. Can you please assist me in unlocking my phone? I have tried codes and none were successful, also it tells me that "#" is an unsupported character when I try to dial RESET codes that contain "#".

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

type *#06# on your phone to get it.

    Thanks for responding but none of that worked for me. The phone will not let me push # It says it's an unsupported character. I have tried all the codes but the phone gives an "incorrect password" message.
